It is unknown what he was doing in Kenya at the time of his death. After the news of his death, tributes have begun to pour in from those who had met Millar over the years.
His death is added to the family tragedy, including Millar’s father’s death in a skydiving plane crash in Fox Glacier in 2010, killing nine people.
Millar had relocated to Africa earlier this year to relaunch his career following the sale of Unfiltered, the media company he founded in 2015. We don’t know what went wrong and what is the reason behind his sudden death.
