Fans are miserable with Okieriete Onaodowan leaving station 19. He is one of the five remaining original Station 19 cast members, who is leaving the show after four seasons.

Onaodowan died as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty during a crossover with Grey’s Anatomy. It’s been a pleasure to be Dean, he said in an interview with Deadline.

However, don’t blame the series as it was Onaodowan decision to leave Station 19 because he already has a new TV series in the works. 

According to sources, Onaodowan confronted the producers at the end of last season with a decision to leave the series.

The Hamilton star agreed to return for the first few episodes of Season 5 to wrap up his character’s story.

Koieriete Onaodowan’s character, Dean miller dies in the show Station 19 on its Season 5 Episode 5 that aired on November 11, 2021. If you have missed the episode, here we will provide you with a summary of the incident.

A ruptured gas line caused a massive explosion in the show. At the scene, a loose live electrical wire struck Vic Hughes (Barrett Doss) on the top of a ladder.

Miller rushed to her aid and administered CPR. When Vic is stable, the firefighters return to the explosion site to ensure that all of the houses have been evacuated.

As Captain Aquino (Alain Uy) opens the door, Miller realizes that one of the houses may have gas building up inside it. The pressure rushed out in a large explosion because the gas had no way of venting itself.

Everything in its path was destroyed, including Miller. The firefighters rushed to his side and began CPR right away. Several other doctors performed CPR at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital for 33 minutes.

Miller, on the other hand, died within the first few minutes of the Grey’s Anatomy segment of the crossover event. It was shocking to his fans to see him leave the show after such a tragic incident.
