Summer’s family said that she was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15. She was last seen wearing a pink blouse, grey shorts, and maybe barefoot when she went missing.

ACCORDING TO THE TBI, the TBI updated the Endangered Child Notice to an AMBER Alert on Wednesday, June 16, after new information and rising concern about Summer’s well-being prompted the state-wide alert.

Preliminary inquiry revealed a human skeleton remains on South Port Road near Mount Pleasant, according to topinfoguide.

Authorities are now identifying the remains. The Maury County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and the MTSU Anthropology Department are examining the circumstances surrounding the discovery of human remains.

According to WJHL, Don was detained late Saturday night for driving under the influence.

On Sunday, the 56-year-old was arrested just after midnight and released later that morning.

According to the Hawkins County record-keeping program Mobile Patrol, he faces five charges: driving under the influence, open container, expired registration, incorrect lane usage, and financial responsibility violation.

According to Hawkins County documents acquired by WJHL, he was freed on a $5,750 bail.
