Dave Vos was born on 24th April 1983 in the Netherlands. The 38-years old coach is the newest addition to the Rangers backdoor staff. He will be signing a deal in 2025.
He is the newest addition on the team after the mass exodus for Ashton Villa and the departure of Steven Gerrard. Most coaches move to off-field duties after their playing days. Meanwhile, he took a short way to get into the game.
After 10+ years at the club, Dave Vos leaves Ajax (U18) with immediate effect, according to Telegraaf. The U18 coach becomes an assistant at Rangers.

Vos used to coach AZ youngsters while he was working in the bank KSVB. Later on, he climbed the ranks at the Eredivise side growing his coaching career. He then got to learn from the legendary Dutch manager Louis Van Gaal when he was at the helm of Alkmaar.
At the time, Louis was one of the best people in the business. In 2009, Ajax saw the potential in Vos and made him part of their coaching staff. Vos completed his training Central Institute Training Sports Leaders. He later attended Cruyff University.
He passed the professional Football Coach course from a well-reputed coaching institution. Vos has brought some of the elite talents like Donny Van De Beek and Frankie De Jong to the Ajax Academy.
